Anatolian Grasslands

We’re a team of enthusiastic people with a circular and participatory structure, creating an ecosystem that encourages “dreaming” and “doing” at the same time. We create and facilitate a regenerative paradigm in minds, hearts, and dreams – starting with soil. We work on multiple areas with innovative and bold approaches. We plan and act on localizing regenerative farming techniques, recruiting teams of local farmers and young individuals to own the production and regeneration processes.

We are proud to have created Turkey’s first grassfed & regenerative food brand with zero financial capital and developed a participatory “prosumer” model.

Our work involves creating & implementing grazing plans in basins with commons grasslands. Our team is also working with FAO & UNDP in Turkey and Central Asia and with private investors to expand the reach of innovative collaboration models for regenerative farming.

Along the way, we’ve experimented with crowdfunding campaigns for local farmers through customers and R&D for scientific institutions. We are actively working on a regenerative entrepreneur nest embedded into a farm (or what we call a “farm academy”) named OTAG which means “regenerative agriculture academies network” in Turkish. The first trial has been on our learning site in Turkey, and now we are starting the full version in Sweden.
