Morning Session for Livestock Producers, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
The morning is tailored to livestock producers, agencies, and organizations.

North Cascades Meat Producers Cooperative will bring their new mobile processing unit.

The morning workshop is $37 per person; $17 for students and each additional person from the same family, farm, or organization.

Free Afternoon Session for Consumers, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
The afternoon session is free for everyone. Learn about the benefits to you, the eater, and to the land, of grass-fed and grass-finished meat. Tour the farm. Meet yaks in person. Learn how the versatile yak can produce meat, fiber, milk and be a pack animal.
The afternoon session is free, but your RSVP will help us ensure we have enough chairs and materials. Thanks!
