Holistic Planned Grazing at Deer Mountain Sanctuary, Yreka, California

This is a three-day Holistic Planned Grazing course taught by Tony Malmberg, Savory Master Field Professional, grassfed beef producer, and long-time holistic manager. The course covers the foundations of Holistic Management, holistic decision-making and is a comprehensive study of the methods, tools, and techniques of Holistic Planned Grazing. Participants gain hands-on experience developing their own grazing plans. This is a Savory accredited course, so if you want to become an accredited professional, it will count toward your accreditation. The course will be taught on-site, near the ceremonial grounds for Earth Peoples United. Breakfast snacks, coffee, tea, water, and delicious nutrient-dense lunches and dinners will be provided each day for all attendees.
There are onsite camping opportunities under big, beautiful oak trees with indoor and outdoor showers, a community kitchen, spring water for drinking, wide-open spaces, and fresh air. If camping is not your thing, there are lodging options in Yreka, California (a half-hour drive from Deer Mountain) and in Ashland, Oregon (a 45-minute drive from Deer Mountain).
