9-Day Course, County Sligo, Ireland

This training is in collaboration with our partner, National Organic Training Skillnet (N.O.T.S.), which provides funding support for re-skilling in Ireland. During the first three days, our training venue will be The Coach House Hotel, and our Learning Hub, Rare Ruminaire, will provide a farm tour.

Our In-Person Courses Maximise Learning:

  • This is an in-person course with a Savory Institute accredited instructor.
  • We keep it interactive by doing practical exercises in the classroom and in the field.
  • You will do exercises each week to enhance learning and make it relevant.
  • We answer your specific questions and provide feedback.
  • Receive a lifetime membership to Regrarians Workplace, where we are part of a global community of Earth regenerators. 
  • The Knowledge Library in Regrarians Workplace contains Savory Institute Ebooks, all Holistic Management forms, recordings, and other materials.
  • The Knowledge Library contains recordings you can watch later as a review, or to catch-up on any bits you may have missed.


  • We meet from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • The 12th-21st of June 2023 (please note we have a free day on Father’s Day, the 18th of June 2023.)


  • This accredited course is part of the Savory Institute Holistic Management curriculum.
  • Complete the series in order to fulfil the curriculum requirement of becoming a Savory Institute Accredited Professional.

Sheila Cooke is a Field Professional with the Savory Institute, and has been educating Holistic Management online and in-person for seven years. She is also hub leader for 3LM -- Land and Livestock Management for Life.
