YOUR DIRECT IMPACT
$30 Transforms 100 Acres
On average, every $30 donated allows the Savory Institute to influence management on 100 acres of land. We deploy our resources strategically, ensuring that programs are accessible across all corners of our network and shying away from the bloated bureaucracies of the typical NGO.
A Look-Back on 2023
Achievements Thanks to Donor Support
6 Million Acres in EOV
Savory’s Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV) protocol continues to be incredibly valuable for both land managers and supply chains. Throughout 2023, we scaled up capacity internally and on-the-ground, pushed numerous platform updates (including an API), launched v3.0 of the EOV protocol, and recently logged our 6 millionth acre under EOV monitoring.
New Website Launched
Making it easier to get involved
Back in September, we launched the biggest overhaul to Savory’s digital presence since 2019. With faster load times, more information, better organization, and updated resources like the Library, it’s been an incredible resource for anyone looking to learn more or get involved with Holistic Management.
Ten New Accredited Hubs
The Network Continues to Grow
Savory Hubs are mission-critical, teaching Holistic Management throughout a region in a locally adapted context. So far in 2023 we’ve welcomed ten new accredited Hubs, and four more have begun their accreditation process. With each passing year, we’re making it more and more possible for farming/ranching communities to find the peer-to-peer support that’s needed to make meaningful change.
Advanced Trainings
Leveling-Up Accredited Educators
To deepen the Holistic Management expertise of Savory-accredited educators, we recently began offering advanced trainings. In addition to monthly deep dives with Allan Savory, this year we hosted two week-long sessions — one in Zimbabwe and the other in Colorado, USA — that took accredited educators to a whole new level.
...and so much more.
Help us continue this critically-important work of regenerating global grasslands with a one-time or monthly-recurring gift.Â
